Here at CB Marine 757, we strive to break the "norm" with transparency, communication, fair "no surprises" pricing, and long lasting relationships with all of our clients. Because of these principles, we have been able to grow from just "me and my old truck" to having a shop and trailers to pull 30'+ boats with a team of technicians to serve you on-site and in a timely manner.  With this growth comes quite a bit more operating cost but also ensures quality work finished quicker with a broader range of expertise. We have restructured the way we bill just slightly and want to make sure that we are all on the same page. 

Every visit even from neighbor to neighbor is subjected to a mobile fee. These prices are based on service zones around our shop and parts suppliers. These zones are described on the map on our website. Before we even arrive on-site there are hours of organizing tools and supplies to bring to you, gas isn't cheap, time is money, and so on and so on. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.  If you do not want to pay the fee we understand and will try to work you into our availability at the shop if applicable. 

All repair jobs are subjected to a diagnostic service to confirm the issue. Once the point of failure is confirmed we are expected to be paid before the repair work has started. In the past, we waited until the job was done but now we bill for diagnostic services first in case the boat owner would like to repair the vessel themselves before we can return. 

It is our policy that we DO NOT COVER parts purchases for repairs, services, or installations.   In the event that we do supply the parts or materials, expect to see a 50% "mark-up" from what we paid for them. 

There will be an additional 5% processing fee for a Credit/Debit card transaction.

Full payment is expected immediately upon completion of work.

Diagnostic Services:  $125 per confirmed point of failure.

100hr Service 2-Stroke Outboard:  $250 est. 2hrs.

300hr Service 2-Stroke Outboard: $500 est. 4hrs.

100hr Service 4-Stroke Outboard: $375 est. 3hrs.

300hr Service 4-Stroke Outboard: $750 est. 6hrs.

Outboard Timing Belt and Tensioner R/R:  $375 est. 3hrs.

Engine Zinc Anode replacement $50 est. time <1hr per anode.

Water Pump Kit R/R:  $375.00 est. 3hrs.

Thermostat R/R:  $125 est. 1hr per thermostat.

Gearcase Oil Service:  $125 est. 1hr.

Lower Unit Gearcase Drive Shaft Seals R/R:  $500.00 est. 4hrs.

Outboard Shift Shaft Seal R/R:   $250 est. 2hrs.

Outboard Prop Shaft Seal R/R:  $125 est. 1hr.

VST Cleaning/Rebuild:  $375 est. 3hrs.

VST Cleaning/Rebuild, R/R Injectors, Engine Fuel Systems Cleaning:  $500  est. 4hrs

Throttle Body & Combustion Chamber Cleaning Service:  $150 est. 1hr.

Carburetor Cleaning:  $125 est. 1hr per barrel.

Fuel/Water Separator Installation or Replacement:  $250 est. 2hrs

Outboard Starter R/R:  $125 est. 1hr.

I/O Starter R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs.

Alternator R/R:  $125 est. 1hr.

Battery R/R:  $125 est. 1hr

Nav Light or Courtesy Light Bulb R/R: $ 125 per est 1hr.

Trim Cap and/or Seal R/R:  $125.00 est. 1hr per cap.

Tilt Cap and/or Seal R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs.

Trim/Tilt Assembly R/R:  $375.00 est. 3hrs.

Trim/Tilt Motor R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs.

On-Water Test / Sea Trial:  $125.00 per hr. minimum 1hr.

Over/Under Water Hazard Service Fee:  +$125

Service Boat Required Fee:  +$125 

Launch/Retrieve Client's Vessel at Ramp or Boat Yard Fee:  $125 est. 1hr.

Cable Helm & Steering Cable R/R:  $500 est. 4hrs.  Outboard: Additional $250 if the motor needs to be removed and resealed.

Hydraulic Steering Helm R/R:  $500  est. 4hrs. 

Hydraulic Steering Cylinder End Caps R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs.

Hydraulic Steering Unit on Outboard R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs.

Control Cable Shift or Throttle R/R:  $250 est. 2hrs per cable Additional $250 est 2hrs per engine if the control cables run through a rigging tube. 

Control Box R/R: $250 per cable est. 2hrs

Bilge Pump or Float Switch R/R:  $250   est. 2hrs. 

Electric Trim Tab Actuator R/R:  $375   est. 3hrs.

Fresh Water Systems Winterization:  $200 est. 1hr

I/O Winterization & Fuel Treatment:  $375 est. 2hrs

Outboard Winterization/Fuel treatment:  $300 est. 2hrs 

Trailer Jack R/R:  $125 est 1hr

Trailer Lights R/R:  $125per est. 1hr per

Trailer Winch Cable or Strap R/R: $125 est. 1hr 

Trailer Tire R/R:  $125 per tire est. 1hr per.

Trailer Wheel Bearing R/R:  $250 per wheel est. 2hrs per.

We only use top-grade stainless steel hardware for repairs and installations. 

All thru-fiberglass installations will be sealed with the appropriately rated marine adhesive/sealants.

We only use marine-grade tinned copper wire during installations or repairs. All connections will be made using only marine-grade tinned copper connectors or terminals. All connections made in the bilge area of the vessel will be double heat-shrink-insulated tinned copper crimp and/or solder connections.

We hope to service your vessels for as long as possible so we take the extra step to make sure it's done right to not only maintain integrity but maintain the value as well for many years to come.
