Here at CB Marine 757, we strive to break the "norm" with transparency, communication, fair "no surprises" pricing, and long lasting relationships with all of our clients. Because of these principles, we have been able to grow from just "me and my old truck" to having a shop and trailers to pull 30'+ boats with a team of technicians to serve you on-site and in a timely manner. With this growth comes quite a bit more operating cost but also ensures quality work finished quicker with a broader range of expertise. We have restructured the way we bill just slightly and want to make sure that we are all on the same page.
Every visit even from neighbor to neighbor is subjected to a mobile fee. These prices are based on service zones around our shop and parts suppliers. These zones are described on the map on our website. Before we even arrive on-site there are hours of organizing tools and supplies to bring to you, gas isn't cheap, time is money, and so on and so on. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you do not want to pay the fee we understand and will try to work you into our availability at the shop if applicable.
All repair jobs are subjected to a diagnostic service to confirm the issue. Once the point of failure is confirmed we are expected to be paid before the repair work has started. In the past, we waited until the job was done but now we bill for diagnostic services first in case the boat owner would like to repair the vessel themselves before we can return.
It is our policy that we DO NOT COVER parts purchases for repairs, services, or installations. In the event that we do supply the parts or materials, expect to see a 50% "mark-up" from what we paid for them.
There will be an additional 5% processing fee for a Credit/Debit card transaction.
Full payment is expected immediately upon completion of work.

We only use top-grade stainless steel hardware for repairs and installations.
All thru-fiberglass installations will be sealed with the appropriately rated marine adhesive/sealants.
We only use marine-grade tinned copper wire during installations or repairs. All connections will be made using only marine-grade tinned copper connectors or terminals. All connections made in the bilge area of the vessel will be double heat-shrink-insulated tinned copper crimp and/or solder connections.
We hope to service your vessels for as long as possible so we take the extra step to make sure it's done right to not only maintain integrity but maintain the value as well for many years to come.
